In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to get approval first with a valid RMA# to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you paid with PayPal there might be longer periods for your money to show up in your account, thats upto PayPal processing.
If you received the item damaged, please reach out to us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We know that at times you have a change in heart about what you bought, we work with high quality manufacturers and quality products, our main suppliers do no accept any returns at this time, we are working to add more suppliers. Please verify and be thorough with your purchases as they can't be returned, unless approved by manufacturer.

Any order that is canceled after 24 hours is subject to a 20% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees.
